Background and History

Valley Medical Billing began in 2000 as a collection hub for Thedacare providers to send their Touchpoint clams using latest technology. After TouchPoint was sold to UnitedHealth Care in 2004 Valley Medical Billing expanded to include practice management services, giving the advantage to work claims from start to finish.

Sara Sickels, CPB is the owner and full time staff member of Valley Medical Billing. She comes to us with 25 years of experience in the healthcare field. She is a certified professional biller and brings a wealth of knowledge to Valley Medical Billing’s providers and their patients because she has worked both in the private and corporate sectors.
